Con la inclusión de las nuevas tecnologías dentro de los medios al alcance de la sociedad y la posibilidad de que en estos puedan aparecer imágenes de vuestro/s hijo/s durante la realización de las actividades del Curso de violoncello “CellosMagics Weekend 2025” y dado que el derecho a la propia imagen está reconocido al artículo 18. de la Constitución y regulado por la Ley 1/1982, de 5 de mayo, sobre el derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen y la Ley 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre, sobre la Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal. La dirección del Curso de violoncello “CellosMagics Weekend 2025” pide el consentimiento a los padres o tutores legales para poder publicar las imágenes en las cuales aparezcan individualmente o en grupo que se puedan realizar a los niños y niñas, en las diferentes secuencias y actividades realizadas en el marco de dicho curso que se celebrará del 12 al 14 de abril de 2024.

With the inclusion of new technologies within the media available to society and the possibility that these may appear images of your /s child/children during the realization of the activities of the Cello Course "CellosMagics Weekend 2025" and given that the right to self-image is recognized in Article 18. of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982 of 5 May, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image and Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. The direction of the Cello Course "CellosMagics Weekend 2025" requests the consent to the parents or legal tutors to be able to publish the images in which they appear individually or in group that can be realized to the boys and girls, in the different sequences and activities realized in the frame of the above mentioned course that will be celebrated from April 12 to April 14, 2024.
