As a soloist, his future and recent engagements include appearances with concerts by Schumann, Dvorak, Saint-Saëns 1 & 2, Haydn 1 & 2, Boccherinni 3 & 6, Lalo, Beethoven triple, Brahms Doble, Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky "Rococo", along with the royal Orchestra Symphonic Orchestra of Seville, Gulbenkian Orchestra of Lisbon, Orquesta de Extremadura, Ensemble nationale de Lyon, Ensemble Praeteritum, Orquesta de Córdoba, National Orchestra of Honduras, Symphonic Orchestra of Valencia, Symphonic Band of the region of Murcia, orchestra Barcelona Symphony Orchestra City of Granada, chamber orchestra Reina Sofía, symphonic Orchestra of Gijón or the Philharmonic Orchestra of Malaga, in Marcos as the Festival "Aspekte"de Salzburg, Festival de Lyon y Nice, Konzerthaus (Berlin), Festival "A Tempo " ( CARACAS), National Auditorium of Madrid, Teatro Maestranza (Seville), Palau de la Música Catalana, Granada International Festival, Palais des Festivals (Santander) and the Musical fortnight in Donostia, among many others.

He has made more than 15 recordings as soloist for labels such as Naxos, Sony, Col-Legno, Neos, Verso and RNE, qualified by Scherzo, Ritmo, Melómano, BBC Magazine and Fanfare as excellent works.

The prestigious international magazine Gramophone highlights its record for Naxos along with the Arriaga Trio as outstanding revelation.

His passion for chamber music has led him to play along with artists such as the Casals Quartet, N. Chumachenco, G. Caussé, Rainer Schmidt (quartet Hagen), A. Meunier, D. Masson or Paul McCreesh.

He is a member of the Arriaga Trio, cello soloist of the Reina Sofía Chamber Orchestra and professor of cello, with definitive destination, at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Murcia.




Course information

The course will take place from July 8 to 12, 2019.

The price of the course is 260.00 €.

The price of the course with participation in the 27th World Music Competition is € 310.00

The course lasts for 5 teaching days where individual 45 min classes will be held, accompanying pianist for rehearsals and practices and a weekly student concert.

Classes will be held in the mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The schedules of each teacher will be subject to change depending on the organization.
